These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on the online shop 'stampfactory.co.uk' We do not accept otherterms and conditions by the ordering party.

Orders placed on stampfactory.co.uk

All orders placed are binding and will be produced and posted in Germany. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.

Pricing

The prices shown on 'stampfactory.co.uk' are inclueding VAT.Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online. In case of production problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately.

Graphic designs can be uploaded and a 1:1 Real Preview (PDF can be printed out) is available to see the imprint of the stamp to be produced. The ordering party is therefore responsible for the quality uploaded. In case of poor quality uploaded we will contact the ordering party for 'QUALITY ACCEPTANCE BEFORE PRODUCTION'.

Important: The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct full postal address including postcode And e-mail address during the ordering process.

In order to avoid any tasteless and unseemly transactions we reserve the right not to process orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit card (see 'stampfactory.co.uk' for the cards we accept), Paypal and bank to bank transfer. Card payments are made by using our high security payment system through saferpay.com. For details see their web page at www.saferpay.com. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

For telephone orders the ordering party will receive confirmation e-mails.

Delivery

We ship all over europe. Orders placed till 01:00 pm will be dispatched same working day.

Special Express Delivery is available at extra cost. For normal shipments we use Royal Mail. Please note that we ship from Germany. normal delivery is 2-3 working days.

Returns

In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within four weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost for the customer. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made as appropriate. Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so. In that case a minimum charge of 25% of the total order value will be charged to the ordering party. Compensation for any sort of damage is limited to 50% of total purchase value.

Email-Policy / Privacy

The ordering party's personal details will be used to handle the order only and the information will not be passed on to third parties. From time to time Emails may be sent regarding our products and services.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.

Trade Marks

Trade marks and names are of their respective holders.

Goods advertised may not be available.

If in the unlikely event that certain goods advertised are not available you will be contacted via e-mail to arrange a refund or replacement.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Despite the maximum care taken during the preparation of this web site, stampfactory cannot guarantee the correctness and exactitude of the information which it contains. Stampfactory excludes any responsibility for damage, which might result directly or indirectly from the use of this web site.
